Built from flat plate 5052 aluminum with a powder-coated finish for maximum corrosion resistance. The tray floor and support profiles are 4mm thick, internal supports are 3mm, water tanks are 3mm, and all other components are 2.5mm. Engineered for off-road touring and heavy-duty work — without the weight penalty of steel.
